RULES FOR SWIMMING WITH DOLPHINS:
Minimum age 3 years.
Children over 3 years old swim accompanied by an adult who knows how to swim and must wear a vest. In this case, you pay for 2 people.
Pregnant women are strictly prohibited. Children with developmental disabilities or illnesses can only swim in the presence of an adult. In case of unexpected events, we listen to the coach and follow his orders.
Hair cannot be loose. When entering the pool, be sure to take a shower and change into a swimsuit, a wetsuit and a change of shoes. Towels are provided free of charge. In case of refusal to swim, the money is returned only if the client has not yet entered the water, otherwise without a refund.

It is forbidden to touch the eyes and close the breathing holes on the animal's head!
It is forbidden to put your hand in a dolphin's mouth!
It is forbidden to shout, lie on the animal or hit it!
Always be careful and attentive. Time report according to the coach's command.
It is permissible to stroke and gently scratch the animal’s skin, and also to grab it by the fins when the dolphin is already nearby.
