Transfer from the hotel is approximately at 21:00 (the exact time will be communicated after booking; the journey to the first stop in Dahab takes about 1.5 hours, depending on the location of the hotel).

There will be a night stop at a shop for about 15 minutes (toilet, coffee, snack, information from the guide).

In a police convoy, you will drive to the foot of the mountain (travel time is approximately 1.5 hours).

There will be a stop at the icon gallery for about 20-30 minutes (toilet, snack, presentation of the gallery).

The night ascent with a Bedouin guide to the summit along an equipped trail takes about 3 hours, covering a distance of 7 km (Important! At an altitude of 2285 m above sea level — the climb requires good physical fitness, with 750 stone steps at the end. Flashlights are provided. There is an option to ride a camel up to the steps for an additional fee).

Sunrise viewing at the summit for about one hour (wool blankets are available for rent at the top).

Descent back to St. Catherine's Monastery (about 2 hours).
